She has performed comprehensive legal analysis for payment claims on multi-million dollar public works projects owned by California Department of Transportation, City of San Diego, City of Los Angeles, City of Fontana, United States Navy, and United States Army Corps of Engineers. Mrs. Smith has extensive mediation and trial experience and has also arbitrated numerous cases through the California Office of Administration Hearings and the American Arbitration Association.
