With over twenty years of experience in construction and business law, Natalia Smith has represented contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and owners in a wide variety of actions ranging from simple lien foreclosures to multi-million dollar public works projects. She has performed comprehensive legal analysis for payment claims on multi-million dollar public works projects owned by California Department of Transportation, City of San Diego, City of Los Angeles, City of Fontana, United States Navy, and United States Army Corps of Engineers.  Mrs. Smith has extensive mediation and trial experience and has also arbitrated numerous cases through the California Office of Administration Hearings and the American Arbitration Association.  

 

Her practice focuses on federal and state public works construction contracts, private construction contracts, surety claims, business and real estate disputes, collections and bankruptcy.  Mrs. Smith is admitted to practice law in California State Courts, California Superior Courts and Federal District Courts.

 

Mrs. Smith is fluent in Spanish and holds a dual citizenship from Argentina. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
